You have found the place where we spell out the Privacy Policy for the Vacation Rental Industry Association (VRIA) and its websites such as this one. We’ll keep it short and sweet and as safe as possible.

REGISTRATION: You do not have to register on this site to see a great deal of information. But if you choose to register by giving us your name, address, phone numbers, email address, other contact information and financial data, we’ll hold it in our servers and keep it as safe as possible. This includes any images, video, text or other content you may choose to submit. Our staff access your information when speaking with you, serving your account, undertaking advertising or for other administrative, financial or legal purposes.

CONTACT: We use your information to communicate with you for personal sales, service or general marketing by departments in our company or by Affiliates, Partners or other Vendors. You can change your information at any time by logging on to Membership, writing or telephoning us.

MEMBERSHIP: After registering you are allowed to login and view specific information you might find helpful. For example you can store your favorite properties in a personal membership page.

SUBMISSIONS: After submitting data for use on this or out other websites, or for use with related or independent companies with whom we do business you can review all such orders, add, edit or cancel them at any time. You can see charges and payments online. In an effort to protect your information, a SSL certificate is used to encrypt financial information you send us over the internet.

MARKETING: Owner/Managers who register or request information from us may receive mail, email, newsletters or faxes from us advertising services, offering discounts and specials or asking for participation in surveys. You may opt-out of receiving such communication by emailing us at the address below with the words “No Email” in the subject. Or you can mail or telephone us at the address or phone number below.

SURVEYS & REFERENCES: References by email, guestbook, survey or phone may be repeated on our websites. Usually we only use your first name and last initial but may include your city and state or occasionally more information if you tell us it is acceptable.

CONTENT: Some of the data on our website may come from other sites such as those that put advertising on our site and those sites may track how you and other visitors travel through and use our content.

SHARING: We share you information and preferences with various departments in our company, with media publishers and may share information with other companies which we refer to as Affiliates, Partners, Customers or Vendors.
